The Bare Baby
I’m creating a printed book — a collection of classic, no-prop portraits of babies from newborn through one year, in color and black and white. Over the next 90 days I’m photographing a limited number of babies in California and New York to be a part of it. Here’s how to join.

Classic, bare, and unposed — minimal layers or wraps, no props.
Be a part of the book
One simple, unhurried session — in studio in California or New York — and your baby joins the collection.
Every family in the project receives 2 printed copies.
Bare Baby Session
Spaces are limited in each city — reserved first-come.
Before You Reserve
Classic & Bare
Soft, neutral light and the gentlest posing. Minimal layers or wraps only — no props, nothing between the camera and your baby.
Newborn–One Year
Open to babies from their first days through their first year, including the six-month and one-year stages.
California & New York
Sessions are held in studio in California and New York within the next 90 days. Specific dates are assigned as places are reserved.
Model Release
A short release, signed by a parent or legal guardian, lets your baby’s images appear in the printed book and its promotion.
Reserved First-Come
A limited number of sessions are available in each city. Once a city fills, a waitlist opens for any added dates.
What You Keep
You receive your edited images and 2 printed books. Ana Brandt Photography retains image copyright; RAW files are not included.
