The Ana Brandt Referral Circle is a year-long ambassador program for the people who love what we do and want to be part of growing it. As a member, you receive a complimentary mini session the moment you join and earn 15% on every photography session booked through your personal referral code.
This is for friends, family, fellow moms, neighbors, coworkers, and social media followers — anyone who has been touched by what happens inside our Tustin studio (or wishes they had been) and wants to bring others into the experience.

What You Receive
A Complimentary Mini Session
A 20-minute studio mini session with Ana Brandt or a certified studio photographer, redeemable any time during your membership year. Includes a curated set of high-resolution digital images delivered via your private gallery.
Your Personal Referral Code
A unique code tied to your name. Anyone who books using your code is credited to you for the duration of your membership — no expiration on referrals booked within the year.
15% Commission on Every Session
For every photography session booked and paid for using your code, you earn 15% of the session fee. No cap. No limit on how many people you can refer.
How It Works
1. Enroll
Pay the $350 enrollment fee. Within 24 hours, you'll receive a welcome email with your unique referral code, member resource access, and instructions for booking your complimentary mini session.
2. Book Your Mini Session
Schedule your free 20-minute studio session at any point during your membership year.
3. Share Your Code
Share your code with anyone who would love a session — by text, on social media, in conversation, on the school carpool line. Authentic sharing wins every time.
4. Earn 15%
Every time someone books and pays for a session using your code, 15% of the session fee is yours. You'll see referrals tracked in your member portal.
5. Get Paid Monthly
Commissions are tallied at month-end and paid by the 15th of the following month via PayPal or Venmo.
Commission Details
Commission rate: 15% of the session fee.
Eligible: All photography sessions — newborn, maternity, family, milestone, and event sessions.
Excluded: Print products, albums, digital products, taxes, and travel fees.
Payout minimum: $50 (balances under the threshold roll forward to the following month).
Note: Self-referrals are not eligible for commission.
Member Responsibilities
The best ambassadors share authentically. As a Referral Circle member, you agree to:
Share honestly — your real experience is your strongest pitch.
Disclose your affiliate relationship when sharing publicly. A simple “I'm part of Ana Brandt's Referral Circle” satisfies FTC guidelines.
Use only Ana Brandt provided images and approved language for promotional posts.
Avoid running paid ads using the Ana Brandt name, logo, or trademarks without written permission.
Represent the studio with the warmth, respect, and professionalism it represents.
Terms & Conditions
The membership fee is non-refundable.
The complimentary mini session must be redeemed within the membership year and is non-transferable.
Commissions are earned only on completed and paid-in-full sessions.
Cancelled, refunded, or charged-back sessions void any associated commission.
Membership is non-transferable and tied to the enrolled individual.
Ana Brandt Photography reserves the right to remove members who violate these terms, misrepresent the brand, or engage in spam, harassment, or false advertising.
Program terms may be updated with thirty (30) days written notice to members.
At the end of the twelve-month term, members may renew at the then-current enrollment rate.
